Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 WinBuilder Script
This is a winbuilder script to install the Visual C++ 2010 SP1 runtime (msvcr100.dll).
This script is required if some of my scripts that contain 64 bit executables are used in a 64 bit PE.
Currently it is only required for my remapdrive and reloadenv 64 bit programs.
My 32 bit programs continue to be compiled with Visual Studio 6 as that produces the smallest executables.
